What we’re fighting for

Georgia Rights Alliance is a group of Georgia citizens committed to protecting the fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution to all Americans; to defending against the corporate lobbyists, insurance companies, and big corporations that seek to manipulate the system; and to protecting the right of all Georgia citizens to seek justice in a civil court of law against an individual or corporation that wronged them.

This 2025 legislative session we're fighting to protect the people of Georgia and stop SB 68, a bill designed to benefit insurance companies at the expense of everyday people. SB 68 would make it easier for insurers to deny valid claims, delay justice for victims, and shield negligent corporations from accountability—all while doing nothing to lower premiums. We must stand together to defend consumer rights, oppose corporate giveaways, and ensure that Georgians can seek justice when harmed.
